Leadership Beliefs
As you begin your journey of Leadership Focus through Canadian Church of God Ministries, there are a couple steps to start this process. Leadership Focus has two entry points each year, the Spring session (applications received prior to December) and Fall session (applications received prior to June).
​Steps for your Credentials Application​

The Ministerial Application is for you to complete. (Please plan for some time to complete this, you will be asked for personal, family, education, and work history, etc.)

The Ministerial Development Survey is a link that you will need to share with 6 individuals to complete on your behalf, this is a reference. You should select individuals to complete this survey who have knowledge of you personally, professionally and in ministry.

The last link is the Ministerial Endorsement Form, you will need 1 person to complete this on your behalf. They should be a supervising pastor, current or former pastor or professor who knows you well. This Endorsement form will be best completed by someone who can speak to your character and spiritual maturity from someone who has some firsthand ministry experience with you. (The MEF should be completed by a different person than the 6 MDS.)

Finally, please send a clear picture of your ID with a photo on it, Driver’s license or Passport, it is our standard practice to perform an enhanced criminal record check which includes ID verification and a soft credit check. Please send this to Shannon@ccogm.ca
